The focus of our Risk Management Department is to pro-actively assist clients in compliance with Local, State, and Federal requirements, with agencies such as OSHA, Cal-OSHA, local Health, Fire and Police Departments. Our team works directly at the Hotel property level to help ensure a safe work place. A safe work place fosters high employee morale and creates an inviting environment for Guests of the Hotel. A safe work place also saves money! In addition, employee-training programs in areas of safety, human resources and leadership have proven to be valuable for many of the organizations we service.
